1) Fill in the excel doc (Building a Marketing Data and Tech Flow Ecosystem Scorecard) with all the different data & tech vendors with the relevant information 

2) From columns B to K populate the appropiate information within the powerpoint file (Building a Marketing and Tech Ecosytem - Scorecard) 

3) From columns L to N open the powerpoint file (Building a Marketing and Tech Ecosytem - Evaluation Matrix) and you will see an example for Google Analytics. Slide 1 is for individual data & tech vednors. 
Slide 2 to 4 is to populate all data & tech vendors in each slide so that the opportuniuty can be assesed
